As new questions come in they will be added and answered here.

Q: Everything seems to load, but suddenly disappears.
A: This is most likely a result of your Internet Browser. This frequently happens with Microsoft Internet Explorer 6. No workaraound for IE6 is available. Please upgrade to a supported Internet Explorer program. Microsoft Internet Explore 7 can be found here

Q: After clicking the Zoom In tool then clicking on the map it zooms in really close.
A: You need to click and hold down the mouse button and move the mouse dragging the pointer to create a shaded zoom box. The map zoomed in really far initially because you drew an infinitely small zoom box when you initially clicked and released the mouse button.

Q: After clicking the Zoom In tool then clicking on the map it does nothing.
A: You need to click and hold down the mouse button and move the mouse dragging the pointer to create a shaded zoom box. Nothing initially happenned because no zoom box was created when you initially clicked the map. An alternative to using the Zoom Tool is to simply double click the map to zoom it in one level.

Q: No results appear when running an address search.
A1: The address parts need to be separated by commaas. Example: 21 S State St, Westerville, OH, 43081
A2: The results are under the Minimum Matching Score. Lower the score and search again.
A3: The address does not exist in the database. Please contact us if you feel this is in error with the exact address in question and a physical description of where the address is located (example: 21 S State St is located between 20 and 22 S State Street across from the old Westerville Post Office)

Q: When the map opens I get a message that IE has restricted the webpage from running scripts or ActiveX.
activeX not enabled security bar image
A: This occassionally happens depending on the browser being used and the settings of the browser. In Internet Explorer 7 simply enable it to allow scripts and active content to run. This is done from the Tools menu > Internet Options > Advanced tab > scroll down to "Allow active content to run files on My Computer".

Q: When I print, not all graphics print out.
A: Since this is a layered service, Internet Explorer 7 will only print out the top-most layer along with the graphic layer, while ignoring everything else. There is currently no work-around for this. Hopefully IE 8 will resolve this issue. If you want to print the map a work-around would be to use Firefox 3 or take a screen print and paste that into a text editor or into a paint program and print from there.
